We understand that choosing a Christmas tree is personal, which is why we deliver only premium-grade trees—the highest grade offered by Christmas tree farms. Premium-grade trees are selected for their overall freshness, healthy color, fullness, attractive shape, and minimal defects or bare spots.
Because Christmas trees are naturally grown, no two trees will look exactly alike, and even premium trees may have small variations. If you prefer a tree that is fuller, narrower, taller, or shorter within your selected size range, please include your request in the delivery notes at checkout. We’ll hand-select your tree and do our best to match your preferences.

If you are not happy with the tree when it arrives, please let the driver know before accepting the delivery. The driver can take the tree back, and we can arrange redelivery of another tree that better matches your preferences. If the tree is not up to standard, we will gladly redeliver a replacement at no additional charge.
Please note that an additional $20-$30 delivery fee may apply only if a different size was ordered in error. If you decide that you need a larger size than you originally ordered, you will also be responsible for the difference in price.
