We want you to be happy with your Christmas tree. If your tree arrives and isn't the right size or shape for your space, please let the driver know before accepting the delivery whenever possible.
This includes trees that feel:
Too tall or too short
Too wide or too narrow
Too large or too small for your space
What if I realize the tree is the wrong size when it arrives?
If you need a different tree size, we can arrange a redelivery with a better-fitting tree.
If you switch to a larger tree, you'll be responsible for the difference in price.
If you switch to a smaller tree, we'll refund the difference in price.
A $20–$30 redelivery fee (based on size and location) may apply to cover the driver's additional time, labor, and transportation.
What if I'm not happy with the shape or fullness of my tree?
Real Christmas trees are naturally grown, so every tree will have its own shape, fullness, and branch structure.
If your tree meets our quality standards but you would simply prefer a tree that is fuller, narrower, wider, taller, shorter, or shaped differently, please let the driver know before accepting it whenever possible.
We can arrange another tree based on availability, but a redelivery fee may apply when the tree meets our quality standards and the change is based on personal preference.
What if there is actually something wrong with the tree?
That's different.
If the tree does not meet our quality standards, please let the driver know before accepting the delivery. The driver can take the tree back, and we will arrange a replacement tree at no additional charge.
We deliver premium-grade Christmas trees and want the tree you receive to meet the quality standards you expect from us.
How can I help make sure I get the right tree the first time?
When ordering, make sure you select the appropriate tree size for your ceiling height and available space.
Keep in mind that the tree’s top tip is included in the overall height measurement. The tip is the single branch usually 6-12 inches at the top of the tree.

You can also leave preferences in the delivery notes at checkout, such as whether you prefer a tree that is fuller, narrower, taller, or shorter within your selected size range. We’ll do our best to match those preferences based on the trees available.
