Yes! If you have a preference, include it in the delivery notes at checkout.
You can request a tree that is:
Closer to the taller or shorter end of your selected size range
Slimmer or narrower for a smaller space
Wider or fuller for a more traditional, substantial look
A combination of height and shape preferences
For example:
“I ordered a 7'–8' tree and would prefer one closer to 7' with a narrow base.”
“I ordered a 6'–7' tree and would like one as close to 7' as possible.”
“Please choose a full, wide tree.”
“We have limited floor space, so please select the narrowest tree available.”
“I would prefer a shorter, fuller tree.”
We hand-select each tree and will do our best to match your request. However, trees naturally vary in height, width, shape, and fullness, so we cannot guarantee an exact measurement or appearance.
Please be sure to order the size range that will safely fit your space. Delivery notes help us select the best match within the range you purchased, but they cannot be used to request a tree from a different size range.
