Our delivery + setup packages include a Christmas tree stand. If you already have a compatible stand from a previous year, there’s no need to purchase another one.
How do I get the discount for reusing my stand?
Please contact us before placing your order and provide the email address you used for your previous Christmas tree delivery + setup order.
We’ll look up your previous order and provide the correct promo code based on the size of the tree you purchased.
We have different stand discounts for:
Trees up to 5 feet
Trees between 5–8 feet
Trees between 8–10 feet
Trees between 10–12 feet
Trees 12 feet and taller
Because the discount varies by tree size, please contact us for your specific promo code rather than using a code from a previous order or another customer.
What if I already placed my order?
There’s no need to place a second or duplicate order.
If you already ordered delivery + setup and realized afterward that you have a compatible stand, simply leave a message for our team.
We’ll verify either:
Your previous delivery + setup order using the email address you ordered with, or
The type of stand you have using a photo, if needed
Once we confirm that your stand is compatible with our setup service, we can adjust the price on your existing order to reflect the appropriate stand discount.
Please do not cancel or reorder just to apply the stand discount.
Can you set up my tree using the stand I already have?
If you have one of our center-pin Christmas tree stands from a previous year, yes. Our driver can use that stand for your setup.
If you own another brand of stand that also uses a compatible center pin, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether we can use it.
What types of stands can your drivers use for setup?
Our setup service is designed for center-pin stands with a tapered center pin.
The bottom of the drilled hole is wider than the top, allowing the tree to sit securely and helping our drivers get the tree straight quickly.
This setup method allows our drivers to move efficiently from one delivery to the next while still getting your tree securely positioned.
Can you set up my tree in a traditional screw-style stand?
Unfortunately, we do not provide setup service using traditional Christmas tree stands that require three, four, or more screws to be tightened around the trunk.
These stands often require considerably more time to position and straighten the tree. Because our drivers have many scheduled deliveries each day, using screw-style stands can significantly delay the route for other customers.
You’re still welcome to use your own traditional stand, but you’ll need to set the tree up yourself after delivery.
What if I’m not sure what kind of stand I have?
If your stand has a single center pin that fits into a drilled hole in the bottom of the tree, it is likely a center-pin style stand. Please feel free to send us a picture of the stand you have so our team can check.
