What delivery windows are available in Philadelphia?
For many Center City and nearby Philadelphia neighborhoods, we typically offer several 4-hour delivery windows, 7 days per week:
Morning: 8am–12pm
Afternoon: 12pm–4pm
Evening: 4pm–8pm
Available delivery windows will be shown at checkout.
What if I live farther from Center City?
For neighborhoods and suburbs farther from Center City, we typically deliver on select days each week.
These delivery windows are often broader, usually around 8am–6pm, because our drivers may be covering a larger geographic area, we need the flexibility to optimize their delivery route.
On these routes, our drivers generally start closer to Philadelphia and work outward through the surrounding suburbs.
When is my exact delivery route planned?
We typically finalize delivery routes the evening before, around 8pm.
Because route timing depends on traffic, the number of deliveries, setup time, and other factors, we cannot guarantee an exact arrival time within your delivery window.
Will I get a notification before my tree arrives?
Yes. Our system should send you a text message with tracking information when the driver leaves the delivery before yours.
This is usually the best indication that your tree will be arriving soon.
If you have not received tracking yet, your driver is likely still completing earlier deliveries on the route.
