How do I pay for my Christmas tree?
All Christmas tree delivery orders and any remaining balances must be paid online.
We do not accept cash payments for trees at the time of delivery. Our drivers move quickly from stop to stop and are not able to track which homes still have a balance due, so payment is required when the order is placed or before delivery.
Can I tip my Christmas tree delivery driver?
Yes. Tips are always appreciated, but never required.
You can tip your driver:
In cash at delivery
Online when you place your order
Online tipping is only available at the time the order is placed.
100% of your tip goes directly to the driver.
What if I forgot to tip my driver when I placed my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we’re not able to add a driver tip to your credit card payment.
If you’d still like to tip your driver, you’re welcome to send them a tip directly through Venmo or Zelle. Please let us know who your driver was or your information (name, address, delivery date) and we can provide your driver's Venmo/Zelle information.
Can I tip the staff at your Christmas tree lots?
Yes. If you’re picking out a tree at one of our pop-up locations, 100% of your tip goes directly to the staff member or team assisting you.
