You can contact The Christmas Tree Stand by:
Email: [email protected] (preferred)
Chat: Use the chat on our website or Help Center
Text or phone: 267-225-7931 (if we don't answer right away, please send a text message or email vs a voicemail and we may see it faster.)
How quickly will you respond?
We’re a small family business, and during the Christmas season our team is often helping customers, delivering trees, or working at our tree lots during the day.
We are also expecting the newest addition to our family in October, which means our response times may be longer than usual this Christmas season with a newborn at home.
Therefore to help customers get answers as quickly as possible, we’ve expanded our Help Center and are trialing an AI support assistant to answer many common questions about ordering, delivery, tree care, pickup, and more.
What if the AI assistant doesn’t answer my question?
This is our first season using AI for customer support, so while we’re working hard to train it with accurate information, it may not always understand your question or provide the answer you need.
If the AI assistant:
Doesn’t answer your question
Gives you an answer that doesn’t seem right
Doesn’t properly pass your request along to our team
Closes the conversation when you still need help
Tells you to contact us for something that requires human assistance
Please request human support or follow up with our team.
We want AI to help you get simple answers faster, not make it harder to reach a person when you actually need one.
Will I still be able to talk to a person?
Absolutely.
Providing personal customer service has always been important to us, and that isn’t changing. We’re using AI to help answer common questions quickly so our small team can spend more time helping customers with issues that genuinely need human attention.
With a newborn joining our family during the Christmas season, we may be a little slower than usual, but we’ll continue doing our best to provide the direct, thoughtful support our customers expect from us.
What if my request is urgent?
If your request affects a delivery scheduled for today or tomorrow, clearly write URGENT in your chat message or email subject line and explain what needs to be changed.
Examples include:
An urgent delivery reschedule
A same-day address correction
An urgent tree-size change
A problem that could prevent your scheduled delivery
Should I contact you through multiple channels?
Please avoid sending the same request by text, chat, email, and phone unless you haven't heard back from us within 24 hours for urgent requests or 48 hours for non-urgent requests.
Our team reviews messages across these channels, so sending the same request multiple times can create duplicate conversations and make it harder for us to respond efficiently.
Choose one communication method whenever possible and give us time to respond.
If you have already tried our AI assistant and still need help, requesting human support is the best next step.
